Missing Quest - MarkoftheOverlord_PickUp #104

Current state:

The Mark of the Overlord cannot be picked up. When attempted, you receive the following message:

You have solved this quest too recently! You may complete this quest again in 10675199d 2h 48m 5s.

EoR state:

The timer should be 20 hours.

Solution:

It looks like the quest update was nearly completed, but the quest flag MarkoftheOverlord_PickUp was never defined.

Creating MarkoftheOverlord_PickUp should fix this quest.
