Fire Spear incorrect #44

Current state:

The Fire Spear has the wrong weapon type. It is currently listed as Spear,

EoR state:

The spear is Light Weapons (Spear).

Solution:

Update weenie properties.

Fixed by changing WeaponSkill to 45 and WeaponType to 5.

Verified that the version dropped by banderling rogues is the correct weapon type of Light Weapons (Spear)
