Burun History incorrect exp reward #51

Current state:

The Burun History quest (aka hidden entrance quest) has the incorrect exp reward. Rewards are at their original value of 1,500,000

EoR state:

The reward for each item is 4,500,000 (17.5% up to level 77).

Solution:

Update weenie properties.

Exp rewards working as expected - getting the pxp below level 77, getting the cap (4.5 mil) over 77, and getting the cap over 125 (legacy reward structure in weenie, left as-is).
