Iron Golem (197) Incorrect Landscape Spawns #95

Current state:

Iron Golem (197) spawns in various low level landscape areas.

EoR state:

Iron Golems were removed from landscape spawns (need to confirm)

Solution:

Update generators to remove Iron Golem from spawns, replace with Copper Golems.
