ArtemisLib conflicts #157

Running Cyberware with ArtemisLib mods like Gulliver Reborn mess with the harvest speed of both this fist and the Plasteeel Fist. When I removed ArtemisLib and Gulliver Reborn, I was able to remap the Plasteel Fist from ReWIRED to Pickle Tweaks' Paxel and it boosted harvest speeds for all available blocks as expected. But with Gulliver Reborn, all speeds were the same as default hand speed of 1, even when it had appropriate harvest levels for the block it was told it could harvest.

No idea if the real issue is here or on how ArtemisLib handles player resizing.
