Crash report on exacat same issue.
Forge: 14.23.4.2747 Cyberware: 0.2.10.13
I have this issue on my server. We've been able to cause it in two different ways:
First, AbyssalCraft Abyssal Zombies fighting cyber beings will cause it. Second, shooting Cyber zombies (or skeletons with rewired) with a Tinkers Construct Crossbow sometimes causes it. Melee damage doesn't seem to cause it.

EDIT: looking further at the NBT data for the wolf being ticked, it looks like it might have been being attacked by a Thaumcraft taint mob? Is there any possible interaction there?
EDIT x2 COMBO: looking at Chupp4-Jo3's crash report, it looks like the mob was also being attacked by a Thaumcraft taint mob.

I can't get it to reliably reproduce, but here's what I was doing: 1) Spawn a Giant Taintacle, some wolves, vampires, and cyberzombies 2) Punch the taintacle in creative mode 3) After some time, the game crashes. I think this has something to do with a tainted wolf attacked a tainted cyberzombie? without any reliable way to taint a mob without killing it, I don't know how to test it further.
EDITS EVERYWHERE: poked around the project a bit, and it looks like this crash is very similar to https://github.com/An-Sar/Cyberware/issues/58, which there seems to be a PR to fix (https://github.com/An-Sar/Cyberware/pull/61)

I have the same problem, when Abyssal zombie from Abyssal Craft attacks Cyber zombie. Sadly, but I have to turn off Cyberware for a while. Hoping for further mod improvements.

Never had it before, but apparently a hostile pokemob from kindred legacy went and fought some random spawn zombies who happened to be cyber and triggered it again I'm gathering. this was AFTER updating to the 10.14 version. I think theres a config to stop that behaviour, so I'll turn it off in the meantime.
It is not resolved. I have the newest version (0.2.10.14) and I still regurarly get crashes. Like this one: https://pastebin.com/z1MLycKh And the same crash happens even when Electroblob's Wizardry is not installed in case you were wondering.
released 0.2.10.15, converted the reflection handler to use field names rather than index as seen in the PR from mrAppleXZ
