Had the problem too, you need python3.9 and pip3.9 after that you have to reinstall the requirements with pip3.9 install -r req.txt. get the bot but not running. Can you let me know if you can get it to run?

Think I have it set up correctly. Have only in the .deez_settings.ini the things entered and in bot_settings.py the 2 things entered. But I have a problem with ARCloud, the error message says that no connection can be established. Am I doing something wrong. I am about to bring the bot to run.

you should replace your channel username with your telegram channel id

have in the bot: @username_to_id_bot the telegram channel link in and he gave me an id with a minus in front. I put it in the bot_settings.py but it still doesn't upload the songs. Does this work for you in the meantime?

Yess!! btw why not set the pip3 install mode to python3.9 instead in the docs.

python3.9 -m pip instead of pip3 which is python3.8

An0nimia commented 3 years ago

@adoboligh1 I said in the documentation that you need python3.9

joeyboli commented 3 years ago

yes but this is wrong,

git clone https://github.com/An0nimia/DeezloaderBIB_bot.git && cd DeezloaderBIB_bot && pip3 install -r req.txt

should have been

git clone https://github.com/An0nimia/DeezloaderBIB_bot.git && cd DeezloaderBIB_bot && python3.9 -m pip install -r req.txt

An0nimia commented 3 years ago

@adoboligh1 Depends on distro, for example in ubuntu 21 is that syntax
