Select a location from the map


I wanted to add a memory about Murat Dikmen Salonu in Bogazici University. 
Right now, it no longer exists. New Hall exists where it used to be.

In any case, I want to select a location. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I navigated on the map
2. I found the desired location
3. I could not select it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to be able select a location and to give it a name. A location may 
have more than one name. Which is the point of memories. 

Instead nothing happened. I clicked on the map and no response.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OS VERSION

Please provide any additional information below.

The long location list on the Right column, I presume, is for temporary testing 
purposes.
