Replay Mover destination name overlap causes exception

When you attempt to name a clip the same thing and the destination exists, an exception is thrown.

Unsure if this is the replay mover specific or anything that uses FS so maybe lest:

• check for a duplicate name
• append a (1) or timestamp or something
