Added generated C# classes for AnIML core and technique schema. #3

Added Readme.md with instructions to generate classes from the AnIML core and technique schema with xsd.exe from Visual Studio. Included ready-to-use generated .cs files for both schemas. Closes #1 and #2 as code generation is confirmed to be working with Visual Studio.
