rename mass spec #2

To be consistent with other techniques I suggest to rename "mass-spec.atdd" to "mass spectrum.atdd"

mass spec is the colloquial acronym for mass spectrometry (the technique) so it actually fits. The mass spectrum would be the individual data entity.
