New anki 2.1.55 does not use --frame-bg anymore.

Thank you for the PR! The PR itself has no issue, but after thinking on it a bit I think I won't be accepting this PR.

As written in https://github.com/AnKingMed/AnkiRecolor/issues/16#issuecomment-1269412097, there are so much more changes in 2.1.55 that I think it's better to address them all at the same time, instead of in separate PRs.
