Description

Add a "Community themes" section to the README.md file to showcase the themes people of the community have come up with.

Rationale

Add-on users can easily use many of the themes made by fellow users
One place for all themes is easily maintainable and convenient to the users
Better demonstration of the abilities of the add-on
Serves as template for future themes

Please feel free to suggest any further changes or additions if necessary.
