@Arthur-Milchior : I added your comment to the config.md and made some other small changes.

I haven't merged these changes because you said you are working on this add-on at the moment so maybe you already have different changes locally.

Oh no, I'm not working on this add-on. Simply, the @AnKingMed asked me to review why it's slow, which led me to look at the add-on.

And actually, it was some error in Anki that made selection slow, not this add-on at all. And this was corrected in .50

Arthur, thank you very much for solving this slowdown mystery. It's not important but if you have a relevant commit at your fingertips could you post it? I'm curious about the underlying problem.
