Bionic Reading doesn't work if you have any notetypes with 0 cards (even if unticked)

Problem description

If you have any notetypes with 0 cards, this add on will not work. This is regardless of whether or not those notetypes are ticked in the Bionic Reading config. Deleting the empty notetypes resolves the issue.
