Blocks being randomly rotated when updating chunk #27

There is a bug that when a chunk gets updated (eg. placing block or breaking block) the blocks in the chunk gets randomly rotated, I have been experiencing this issue for days.

I am using the mod version v2.0.0 in 1.20.4,

Using modpack "Simply Optimized" (unlocked instance) if that helps.

If you could atleast fix this issue then I would appreciate it!
