As a site user, it would be nice to have a contact page for contacting the 'Moment' team with queries.

AC1 Have a dedicated contact page. AC2 Have the message go to the Moment email address. AC3 Give users a confirmation message that their query has been sent to the team.

Users do not need to be signed in or registered for this feature.
