Proportional scaling of window area. This would be great for scaling 
images and/or figuring out the new width or height in px or percent. For 
example, you could set the frame to the current image size, proportionally 
scale the frame to the new width and you would autmatically get the new 
height values.

Shift-Drag is great additionally, you could also have a lock or link icon that 
allows 
users to set the aspect ratio.
