Summary 3.11 release package.

Bootstrap python in https://anaconda.org/py311_bs/repo?label=release

Python 3.11 all platforms Setuptools, pip, wheel, certifi, wincertstore for python 3.11 for all platforms (wincertstore win-64 only) libpython-static all platforms There is a PR open on conda-forge https://github.com/conda-forge/python-feedstock/pull/577.

Known issues libpython-static does not package correctly for win-64. This hasn't changed compared to the last release, see here. libm doesn't load correctly on macOS v11 and later. This is also a historical bug, see https://github.com/conda-forge/python-feedstock/issues/575#issuecomment-1209846666

TODO after review

• Remove abs.yaml
• Upload content of https://anaconda.org/py311_bs/repo?label=release to defaults
• Update python in aggregates/conda_build_config.yaml This will be done after the first package buildout.

Changes:

• Update to 3.11 release version based on PR #67
• Apply recent changes made on master for 3.10.
