Fix not loading on Cookie Baker (and add details to error message) #40

This is a fix for both interpretations of issue #36 - that there is an error message blocking loading (During Business Day), and that the error message isn't descriptive.

What does "Failed — Scrutinizer: No new issues — Travis: Failed" mean? What did I do wrong?

Well I had created some tests for Cookie Monster but they were failing before that PR so don't mind it.

Tried both cookie monster and dev.cookie monster and both just freeze the game.

Is this pull request going to be merged? The README addition about gem install compass sass-globbing --pre is helpful. I spent a lot of time on that problem.

Is line 146 the only thing holding up the merge?
