Improve bug reporting/feedback from the app #540

Some bugs may prevent the user from logging in. Currently, bug reporting is only available when the user is logged in.

Furthermore, when reporting a bug or giving feedback, a lot of info has to be given manually by the user. I suspect we can pass more info (such as version number, OS version etc) automatically to improve the bug reporting experience.
