migrate database provider off of PlanetScale #53

LOL, just after #33 and moving to PlanetScale, they just cancelled their free tier which will go in effect April 8th, 2024. 😭

So need to migrate our data to a new SQL compatible provider.

Wondering if Turso (technically SQLIte) would be a nice alternative?
