added STK 12 references, added a number of error messages, removed try catch that would fail without notice

Jens can you update the ReadMe files in STKAutomation/Python/Problem_Specific and STKAutomation/CSharp/Problem_Specific to reflect the new additions?

there wasn't really anything to add to STKAutomation/CSharp/Problem_Specific since it's the same thing but STK 12. I updated the STKAutomation/Python/Problem_Specific one though
