Color swatches should work when hovering attenuationDistance etc #207

Feature request from @abwood.

Also the current ones depend on a CDN and don't work on closed networks. Would be nice to use a different system. Perhaps a colored SVG could be base64-encoded and embedded as if it were an image?

This is now published with gltf-tools version 2.3.5.

Correction, this didn't get correctly published until 2.3.6.
