Babylon preview for KTX2 #209

This upgrades to BabylonJS 5.0.0-alpha.7 and enables KTX2 textures in the preview window.

@bghgary This is a really early alpha version. Do you think it's worth publishing this for KTX2 support, or should we hold off until later in the release cycle?

Supersedes #202.

Our alpha builds are typically stable enough. If there is an issue, we will fix it quickly. So I say go for it.
