Connect Experience Survey QC to be added #168

Hi @jacobmpeters For metrics to be added to the weekly survey metrics report for the new 2024 Connect Experience survey please see below. This survey is being implemented in this September release and stage testing should be starting 9/30.

@jacobmpeters Here are the rules below that we can test once there's data. For rules 3 and 4 I added the rules both ways: if the survey is started or submitted, the start/stop time must be populated. If the survey status is not started, the stop/start time must be null.

For rule 2 I'm thinking the this rule will have to be custom: if d_956490759=NULL, then nrow(Connect_Experience_Survey) must = 0
