Check QC rules for age expansion #111

Please review all current QC checks related to age to be sure they have been expanded to include the additional age categories (30-34, 35-39, 66-70) to the de-identified age variable (934298480)

Thanks for the info @robertsamm. I just got off a call with @mnataraj92 and we confirmed that the QC rules related to age (934298480) incorporate the new age categories.

When I push those rules I'll tag this issue to confirm that we're all set.
