Add a density map of participants zipcodes in the dashboard. Lee Mason and @jacobmpeters could collaborate on this

2/5 update: Met with lee and @jacobmpeters about this. We have an incomplete dataset of unique zipcodes organized by site. This data is saved in Box. Next step is to decipher the data-- this data is not at the participant level so we will need to speak with Mia to get a better idea of what she would like this graphic to display.
