Hovercard small oriented triangle #266

Hi guys, in Wikipedia on desktop the beta Hovercards are opened with an oriented triangle (left/right depending on where is opened the Hovercard).

Please, 1 - How to have that triangle in the Hovercard style ? 2 - How to have it an all view desktop / tablet / mobile ?
