Link to the new Nav_Obj Policy with discussed changes in all_recep_segmentation sensor. Please review.

I think this was an issue with the RAM usage related stuff right where your jobs were failing ? If not, can you remind what was the issue ?

This was just to review the code for all recep segmentation sensor which now gives bbox segmentation of all receptacles. Need to know where and how can it be made better.
