Add License #3

Currently, this project does not include a license. Adding a license would make it easier for contributors and users to engage with the project while knowing their rights and responsibilities. It helps protect both the contributors and users of the project, clarifying legal permissions and encouraging collaboration. Some popular License are : MIT License, Apache License 2.0, GNU GPL.
