Adding a wiggle scale animation to the 'heart' button #290

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Current Behavior: When clicking on the 'heart' button on the restaurant card the icon color changes to red. This is quite basic.

Describe the solution you'd like

Proposal: I want to add some visual flair by implementing a simple wiggle scale animation when the button is clicked.
