Update datafields to be nice #8

Earlier in the summer, I made the database completely dynamic when loading from the reset_db. This changes that so that we just have a flexible field to be the generic "other" datafield.

@chinmayisk feel free to look at the implementation here. I still need to add tests, but I wanted to get this pull request out there for review.

@chinmayisk I'm merging this so that Jodi will have an up-to-date codebase to work on once she starts contributing, rather than continuing to wait for your review.
