[SynclessUI] Minimizing [line 37] #109

In order to minimize the program, I have to explicitly click only the 
minimizing icon from the top of the program and cannot click 
the 'Syncless' tab shown in the Start menu bar to minimize it. Maybe allow 
that option too i.e. to click the tab/button of Syncless from the Start 
menu bar (not the system tray the bar beside system tray) and allow 
minimizing.

if user chooses not to minimize window to tray, user can click on the taskbar 
to 
minimize the window.
