[CompareAndSync] Deleting folders while Syncless is still syncing is useless [line 108] #110

When I am syncing 5 folders, and I delete 3 folders (Syncless is still trying 
to sync the folders), the 3 deleted folders come back again and just continue 
to sync where Syncless left off.

User should not do anything to the folders while the folder is still Sync-ing. 
This is 
common sense
