[SynclessUI] Toolbar missing [line 39] #112

I think it will also be a good ides to give a conventional toolbar or a 
tool panel at the top so that those users who are used to clicking options 
from the toolbar wouldn't be lost.

No. Conventional toolbars are archaic.
