[SynclessUI] Unfriendly interface when moving the window around the desktop [line 98] #121

Only a small bar at the top of the window is set aside for moving the window. 
It isn't obvious initially and for numerous times, I was clicking at the 
black bar instead. Perhaps can have a more distinct bar, or rather, allow the 
entire window to be able to drag and move.

all black area of the window can be clicked to drag window around now.
