[Core] Seamless mode excuted without user's permission [line 44] #127

Although it is set by default to be 'Seanless' upon chossing the tag, user 
should be allowed to select whether he/she still wants to keep it seamless 
or change to manual. What happens now is, since by default it is seamless, 
even if I want to change to manual, the minute I click 'OK' in the tags 
panel the sync has already taken place. I think user should be give the 
option message or something whether to continue keeping it as seamless or 
switch to manual at the point when the tag is being 'okayed'.

Fixed. Default tag mode will be manual from version 0.99 onwards.

all tags by default are in manual mode.
