[CompareAndSync] Unable to propagate deletion correctly for long filename.(Seamless mode) [line 91] #131

Both Folders A and B have the a long filename from previous action (Sync from 
A to B). When long filename is deleted from B, Syncless didn't move the 
deleted file into archive folder. However, the file still remains in Folder 
A. (Please refer to team01-issue06.jpg)

checked that PathTooLongException will be thrown.
