[CompareAndSync] Unable to sync correctly is all the tag folders are removed before. (Seamless) [line 88] #134

Remove all tagged folders from previous synchronization. Start Syncless. 
Syncless create the tagged folders, new created files in the tagged folders 
are not sync. (Please refer to team01-issue03.jpg)

Syncless will not recreate folders.
