Real time syncing ( Rename + Update )

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to real time mode , and sync a file over
2. Quickly rename a file on a folder , and then update the same file on 
another folder.
3. Then everything screw ups

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be similar to manual syncing , there should be 2 files in every 
folder instead of 1.

This is because of the time delay with Monitor.
