Deleting of Tagged Folder in Seamless Mode Causes Exception in XMLHelper

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tagged at least 2 folders, set the tag mode to auto
2. Delete one of the folders

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ideally, the deleted folder should disappear from the tag list. However, 
from what I know from Eric, this will require some changes, so we'll push 
it to 1.5.

For now, we should at least sync the folder back.

However, it throws an exception in XMLHelper.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Waiting for Eric to check his side with Cher Guan and let Gordon/me know if 
we should handle it or not.
