[Core] Untagged folders do not have their admin files removed [line 60] #155

If you tag and untag a folder, then move it inside a currently tagged 
folder, the sync process may lead to wrong results. Perhaps delete the 
admin files when you untag?

removing a tag will now clear up all .syncless folders within the folders 
tagged to the 
deleted tag.
