dummy file is still created.

In seamless mode. Tag 2 folders. Both already have the same 1.txt file of 89KB
in size.
Rename 1.txt to 2.txt in folder A. 1.txt in folder B renamed to 2.txt. While
renaming,
rename 2.txt back to 1.txt in folder A. Both 1.txt and 2.txt now appear in both
folders.

It happens when you attempt to delete a large amount of files while it is still
synchronizing in seamless mode.
