Renaming Folder issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select manual sync and tag 3 folders. 
2. Create a folder within any of the folder and sync over
3. Rename the created folder at the 2nd or 3rd  folder and the problem 
will surface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only 1 folder in every tagged folder. Some have 2 and some have 1 folders
