Cleaning up tags feedback not intuitive #166

After syncing a folder , go to windows explorer. Right click that folder 
and click on Syncless - Clean. It says 0 - metacleared , 1 - 
metacleared ... etc.

Why not change it to the folder name instead? i.e. "Folder ABC's metadata 
has been cleared"

Removed cleaning tags from the shell integration, since untagging will clean it 
anyway 
now :).
