What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Syncing a folder with 0 files inside

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should still display 100%

UI already stop syncing of less than 2 folders.
The only possible case is changing to seamless. I think putting at 0% make more 
sense 
than putting it to 100% and display nothing to sync. May be misleading.
