Deletion/Renaming of folders before syncing #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a tag with 2 folders
2. Rename / Delete the 2 tags
3. Sync over.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Syncless will say that the synchronisation is complete ... but what is 
synced in the 1st place ?

UI will now refresh the tag info panel and prompt user cannot sync with only 1 
folder 
because the original folder is already renamed and treated as non-existent.
