[Unknown] Delete tagged folder in seamless mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Folder A and Folder B and tag them to 'Test' in seamless mode
(both folders will be in sync)
2. Delete Folder B

Many results given.
a. UnauthorizedAccessException thrown due to .syncless in Folder B
b. UI path list not updated (by right Folder B path will be removed from 
the list)
c. No problem

For now, a. and b. are fixed but need to verify again.

Following from c.
1. Recreate Folder B and tag it back to 'Test'
(a sync will be performed)
2. Create a folder in Folder A

Many results again.
a. The newly created folder not propagated to Folder B the first time - 
switch to manual and switch back to seamless it will be propagated - create 
another folder in Folder A again - will be propagated

b. The newly created folder propagated to Folder B
