Null values for hash and 0 for last modified time #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag 3 folders , in each folder , create a folder and put a file inside
2. In 2 of the folders , rename the folder and files to different name 
   respectively
3. Sync over

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The last known state should contain the respective details. However in 
this case some last known state contains 0 for time and empty string for 
hash nodes
